Moon water is water that is charged by the energy of the moon. Preferably a full moon, where the energy is heightened. For centuries, cultures around the globe have used the moon in rituals for empowerment, cleansing and manifestation. We can tap into this ancient wisdom by making our own moon water and using it to assist us in attracting more of what we need and want into our lives.

INSTRUCTIONS: Fill your jar with water (purified, spring or distilled), you can also add a Clear Quartz crystal to help amplify the intention for your moon water. Place the jar under the full moon for the entire night and if possible bring it inside before the sun rises. Find a spot that will allow the moon light to penetrate the jar without obstruction. Then spend a few minutes thinking about the moon and centering your thoughts on your intentions for your moon water. It may help to envision connecting threads of energy flowing from your own body to the moon, and then flowing from the moon into your container of water.
